The first step of spiritual awakening is realizing you are not just the body and the mind. You are a soul having a physical experience.But understanding that you are spirit isn't enough.What I find endlessly fascinating now is how spirit interacts with the body. Where does consciousness actually meet matter? This must be happening at the microcosmic, quantum level—in the spaces where tissue becomes information, where matter becomes memory.

Both may be describing the same communication system." I feel that we are returning to accepting more of the energetic descriptions, thankfully!
Yes, I totally agree. The western collective consciousness is really starting to embrace them and normalizing them. It’s so helpful for our conceptualization of energetic reality and allows us to talk about more specifically.
