Introduction: Two Ways to Travel
I love to joke that I travel in two directions: horizontally across the 3D Earth plane, and vertically through dimensions via altered states of consciousness. Sometimes I book a flight. Other times, I close my eyes and step sideways through time.
This blog, the Quantum Travel Log, is my personal journal of exploring those vertical dimensions—and an invitation for fellow travelers to share their own journeys through the vast, layered reality we call home.
The Quantum Basis: Particle, Wave, and Infinite Possibilities
At the heart of quantum physics lies a profound truth: matter exists in two states—particle and wave. The wave aspect represents a multitude of possibilities, different timeline functions, and trajectories that shift based on the observer’s consciousness and decision-making. The particle aspect is what happens when your consciousness observes and collapses those infinite wave possibilities into a single, solid, experienced reality—into form.
Think of reality as an infinite library of movie snapshots—countless quantum possibilities, all existing as potential realities. Your 3D mind stitches these snapshots together into what feels like a linear, continuous flow. But this flow is just one thread in an infinite tapestry.
Quantum mechanics describes what mystics have always felt—that consciousness is the ultimate director, editing frames of possibility into the story we call ‘life.’
Layers Upon Layers: The Multidimensional You
Reality has different layers depending on your dimensional awareness. The more awakened you become, the more conscious access you gain to the subtler realms of any situation or time-space node. Every person possesses multiple layers of consciousness and bodies, superimposed on top of each other, each correlating to different layers of reality.
The key to conscious quantum travel? Building a bridge from your subconscious and unconscious minds to your conscious mind—the one that usually navigates 3D reality. When you learn what your various bodies can do across multidimensional layers, you unlock true quantum travel.
This spiritual awakening isn’t about gaining something new—it’s about remembering what you’ve always been able to do.
The Inner and Outer Worlds
We’ve been conditioned to believe that “real life” happens in the outer world—the Newtonian physical reality we navigate through our senses. Meanwhile, the inner world—accessed through meditation, sleep, and daydreaming—is dismissed as “just imagination” with little effect on the “real world.”
This is a fundamental misunderstanding.
Holistic reality emerges when inner and outer worlds are experienced together, simultaneously. Our power lies in understanding who we are in the inner worlds, because the true source of external experiences originates internally, in those multiple subtle dimensions of ourselves and reality.
Your inner world isn’t a shadow of the real—it’s the control room of creation.
Your Body: Portal and Quantum Projector
Your body is both portal and avatar, possessing its own consciousness deeply connected with your subconscious mind. Your brain, spine, and entire nervous system function as an antenna tuning into different frequencies all around you. You choose which frequency to attune to through conscious or unconscious focus.
If you carry unprocessed fears or traumas, your nervous system gets stuck on those frequencies, perpetually picking up information from the quantum field that resonates with those stuck emotions. Your chakras, auric field, fascia, and nervous system work like quantum projectors, creating the holograms of your 3D experience.
If your nervous system is tuned to fear, you’ll keep receiving stations of fear from the field. Tune it to love, and the whole hologram reconfigures.
Understanding your body as a quantum projector naturally leads us to ask: how does the immaterial become material? How do thoughts and emotions crystallize into physical form?
The Crystallization Process
Energy to Form
Everything that manifests—dreams, goals, illness, disease—starts in the subtler realms and crystallizes into physical reality through energetic momentum. This is how energy becomes form—how thought becomes flesh.
But let’s understand the mechanics of this process more deeply. At the root of our thoughts are our beliefs. These thoughts calibrate our energy into emotions, and our emotions are energy in motion—agitated and given frequency and direction through our thoughts. They are the fuel and building blocks of the momentum of our energy exchange with the quantum field around us.
Our beliefs about reality and ourselves create our identity and our personality—who we think we are and where we stand in relation to the world around us. The amount of energy, attention, and focus (thoughts generating emotions) determines how quickly this crystallization occurs.
The Expansion of Awareness
The more your different layers of consciousness interrelate, the greater your awareness becomes. As awareness expands, worlds merge, and the magic of higher dimensions can manifest into physical reality, beginning with your body and its sensations.
Quantum Housekeeping: The Foundation of Travel
For successful quantum travel, you need ongoing energetic housekeeping:
Clear unconscious emotions that linger
Release subconscious conflicting programming that creates internal resistance
Heal belief system wounds that act as injuries to your chakras—the perpetual motors of your quantum projectors
Conflicting signals create resistance and trap you in perpetual loops. Clarity in your signals is essential for quantum navigation. Your physical body is the grounding rod for all multidimensional electricity. Keep it clear, and your signal stays strong.
This energetic clarity is what allows for safe, successful consciousness exploration—whether you’re learning to astral travel or simply deepening your meditation practice.
Daily Practices: Basic Maintenance for Quantum Living
Just as you prioritize physical exercise, sleep, and eating, these practices are essential for staying healthy and living an abundant life:

Animism and the Living Universe
Living the quantum life means embracing what ancient wisdom traditions have always known: everything is alive and has consciousness. Through my travels, I’ve made friends with multidimensional beings, spoken with ancient oceans, danced with trees, unshackled captive angels, broken ancient blood curses, and adventured as a merperson. I’ve discovered uncontacted tribes across the cosmos and explored countless inner universes as a quantum guide.
The limitations of our imagination are literally our only boundaries. The more you leave the door open to possibility, the more you discover.
Safety Protocols: Rules of the Road
Just like traveling to different countries requires understanding local customs, quantum travel has its own rules. I learned many through trial and error—sometimes landing in risky or stuck situations. Trust me—I’ve learned the hard way that the cosmic ocean can have riptides. Here are essential safety measures:
Before Travel:
Set the space and an intention
Set a recording device: audio or video
Call in your guides, protectors, ancestors, and spirit guides
Light a candle for energy clearing and protection
Wear protective items (I always wear my fulgurite necklace)
Have offerings ready (incense, milk, snacks to return to nature)
During Travel:
Orientation Techniques:
Be respectful, loving, and kind
Trust yourself
Come into your heart and move from there
Take only experience and wisdom unless guided otherwise
Show up with humility, wisdom, and open-mindedness
If you meet anyone, always ask for their name and their intention
When You’re Struggling:
If you start getting lost and confused, remind yourself of your essence and your purpose
If you end up in darkness, always look for a light—there is always a tiny speck of light somewhere. Follow it
If you’re struggling, you can always call for a guide for help
If you start feeling overwhelming emotions, name them and breathe deeply
Navigation Tools:
If you start losing focus or vision, look at your hands or feet, or anchor into something around you and focus on it until the vision stabilizes
If your thoughts are racing and visions come in too fast, focus on breath and body
You can always call on your Higher Self for a higher vantage point and guidance
After Travel:
Close out with gratitude to your protectors and guides
Ground thoroughly, returning fully to your body
Make offerings to your guides
Extra time in nature and physical exercise aids integration
Journaling is an excellent tool for integration
Watch or listen back to your recording
Dancing, moving, or running also supports integration
The Balance of Belief and Discernment
Trust in yourself and your experience is foundational to quantum travel. Each time I pushed my perceptual boundaries, I had to allow myself to go “a little crazy,” then integrate the experience into my core beliefs to create coherence.
However, discernment is equally crucial. We face charlatans claiming expertise and the risk of getting lost in illusions that can lead to symptoms of psychosis. It’s a delicate balance—take it one step at a time, with a clear head, trustworthy allies, and experienced mentors who’ve traveled before you.
For those with significant emotional or mental injuries: Focus on healing first. Explore quantum realms very slowly, one step at a time, with someone who can ground and anchor you.
About psychedelics: These are like jumping into a hurricane compared to gentler exploration methods. While they can help skeptics move past doubts, they can also overwhelm consciousness and identity. Most people struggle to integrate these extreme experiences.
The Full Spectrum: Light and Shadow
When we awaken spiritually, we recognize that spirit exists in everything. Beyond embodied spirits close to 3D reality, disembodied spirits exist on other multidimensional layers. Some are guides; others are lower-frequency beings on their own ascension journey.
Like with humans, we must learn when and how to trust, interact, build relationships, and be of service without hurting or depleting ourselves. As we heal our own distortions and injuries, we can travel safer and farther, experiencing increasingly amazing phenomena.
And through these travels and adventures, we build our personal power and strength, taking conscious and beneficial control over our reality and experience.
The Universe Awaits
The universe is so much bigger and more interesting than our scientific paradigm has established. Everything is alive. The cosmos teems with life and adventure.
